Bryan + Bravo = B². My stage name is B². I am in a hip hop group called Mindful MCs. Mindful MCs use hiphop as a vehicle to uplift those who suffer from mental health conditions. Each member in the Mindful MCs has lived-experience and their own individual relationship with mental illness. Our goal is to raise awareness and reduce stigma by opening up safe conversations around mental health. We share our stories & reflections through music and public speaking. Our approach is unique, raw, entertaining, and powerful. We inspire others to hold their head up & follow their dreams as we are living proof recovery is possible.
